Metal Clays: Contrast and Color

Ancient metals meet new technology - fine particles of metal combined with a binder and moisture allow you to shape metal jewelry with clay techniques! Silver clay will be the basic medium and copper or bronze metal will be explored. In addition to the contrast of two metals, color for jewelry pieces will be introduced with the use of polymer clay, resin and dichroic glass. Supplies available for purchase on the first day of class. Recommended for beginner to advanced students.
