Bennett Siegel, Thursdays, September 16 - November 18 (10 weeks) 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Explore two and three dimensional figure composition through observation of gesture, structure, balance and proportion while working from a live model. Directly building figurative form in soft clay informs all the essential aspects of drawing and painting. In this class you will experience how developing each skill enhances the other. The path toward building solid drawing skills will include exploring the nude in clay. Students will continue to explore two dimensional figure compositions through drawing and painting. Supply list available online. Clay materials available for purchase in class. Recommended for beginner - advanced students.
